We are excited to announce our 2018 ‘Best Of’ Award winners presented at AvantExpo 2018, our sixth annual user conference. These awards recognize the most influential and innovative individuals and companies in the affiliate industry.

Merchant of the Year –
Keen

Keen has a rapidly growing program. Since launch, they’ve remained extremely open to new ideas and out of the box strategies. They assess the value that each type of affiliate brings and find ways to work with each of them. Their attentiveness and open-minded view have led them to high double-digit growth this year.

Affiliate of the Year – Gizmodo

Gizmodo’s direct partnership with the network has allowed advertisers to leverage the relationship seamlessly. They’re willing to put in additional work on their backend to ensure a smooth customer journey and the results speak for themselves.

Content Affiliate of the Year – Wirecutter

Wirecutter has stayed true to their long-form review content and editorial-driven approach to affiliate marketing. They’ve seen tremendous growth for the last two years and add ample value to their partners’ programs.

Affiliate Manager of the Year – Bri Reichelt, REI

Bri’s approach to affiliate marketing is very personal and collaborative. Her hands-on style continues to be a key differentiator and valuable asset in the continued growth of REI’s affiliate program. Through her creativity and relationship building, she is rapidly growing a very well-established, mature program.

Agency of the Year – Clique Affiliate Marketing

With an in-depth understanding of AvantLink technology, Brian Boyd and his team at Clique rapidly launch new programs and implement effective sales growth strategies for them. They’ve added a number of great clients this year, and the programs they manage are experiencing double-digit sales growth.

Industry Champion – Outside Online

Outside is paving the trail for traditional media publications trying to get into the affiliate space. They’ve shown how powerful it can be to go all-in on the affiliate model. They’ve seamlessly integrated the incredible amount of original content they produce with affiliate strategies to impressive success over the past 15 months.
